You are invited to a day of free music at Winchester Quaker Meeting House.
We will be opening our gates to the public for a ‘pocket-sized music festival’, featuring an eclectic mix of genres, including classical guitar and piano recitals, pop and rock performances, a ukulele workshop, a meditative sound experience, and we will be sing at 12.45 for half an hour. Come along and enjoy listening to the Amazing Fusion Choir. Bring a picnic and enjoy the day. Bring a rug and sit in the beautiful garden. Bring your friends and make a great day of great singing and music making.
Quaker Jam is being held in association with Sound Winchester, a community project launched this year with the aim of improving wellbeing through creative music and voice activities. This is a free, relaxed, friendly event in the garden of the Friends meeting house, part of Sound Winchester. Lots of musicians will be entertaining everyone all day.
