Ronald McDonald House Southampton is adjacent to Southampton General Hospital, it has 53 beds and provides free ‘home away from home’ accommodation to families whose children are being treated at Southampton Children’s Hospital and Princess Anne Hospital. It is an independent charity that provides free accommodation to families with sick children in hospitals across the UK. They believe that every child should be able to have their parents close by when they are in hospital.
